Every chat agent that you add to your Conversion Support account should have a skill associated with their account. “Skills” are nothing but priority of chat agents and it is necessary to have different skills, so that the flow of chats can be controlled and routed to respective agents.
When you are logged into your Conversion Support account console and you do not have any “Skill” associated with your account, you might see the following error message:
You do not have skills to receive chats.
To fix this error, please contact the concerned person who administrates your Conversion Support account and ask him to associate the required skills to your account.
