If you want to change the name of an agent or chat operator in your Conversion Support account, follow these steps:

1. Login to your Conversion Support account and go to the “Settings” page.

2. Click on “Manage Users”.

3. Under “Manage Users”, click “All Team Members” and you should see all your chat agents listed in the right hand panel.

To change the name of an agent, click on the name and update it with the new name. Your changes will be saved automatically

Please logout from your account and login back again, for the changes to take effect.
